The staff was excellent, they give us always directions, recommended restaurants, etc. The hotel has no continuous reception and we arrived late night, but it was no problem, in the agreed time there was staff there. The room was very clean and comfortable, they cleaned it daily. The hotel is easy to find, the area is good and safe. We can only recommend this accomodation to everyone!

Very good small hotel. Close to the train station (5 minutes walk to the trains that take you to the airport). Close to almost all sightseeing (we went to Colosseo and even to St. Peter on foot). 2 metro stations nearby. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Very comfortable and new rooms. Breakfast and everyday cleaning is included to the room price. In other cities of Italy (Milan, Genova) we stayed in nh brand hotels. Frankly speaking we liked Bibiana more - we really enjoyed staying there as if we visited our close relatives. .

Everything was good during our stay. The gentlemen greeted us at the door and was very attentive to us. Our rooms were decent sized which were clean and comfortable. The rooms felt real cosy. Great location as well. Walking distance to the Colosseum approx 20min and 5min walk to Termini Station. Defiantly recommend it to everyone.
Only one downside that it was around a dodgy area during the night but we didn't have any troubles at all.

The best host David will help you with anything. He makes the best espresso in the morning. The rest of the breakfast is also fairly tasty and served in "all-you-can eat fashion". Me and my girlfrient spent two nights there and after a week one more night in a diferent room - both rooms were superb. Comfortable, lively colored and potentially romantic (if your legs were still attached well after walking all-over Rome :)). The location is very good, 15 min from Termini, less than 10 min from the nearest metro, quite some restaurants in the radius of 10 min walking... Overall, I would recommend this B&B to anyone with plenty of good taste, seeking for a perfect B&B to discover Rome from or to spend a night before taking a train in the morning from Termini. So the answer to your question would be: it is worth the money, yes.
The only thing would be, that the neighbourhood there is quite dodgy... Many diverse nationalities live there. But the good side of it is that there is couple of small and cheap grocery stores, couple of nice indian restaurants and a super chineese just arround the corner.

Our host was extremely friendly and helpful. The place is nice and well kept. The location is good (walking distance from the train station with luggages and from bus / subway to visit but you need to take a cab is you stay out late at night in the bars neighborhood).

The hotel is very nice, quiet and really romantic. The service was great: the owner helped us a lot (and we were in Rom for the first time). Santa Bibiana is near the Tremini Station so the location is also very good!

Excellent staff, very helpfull with suggestions for places to visit and eat. The room was very clean, nicely renovated. The beds (twins side-by- side) had good firm matress, no back pain this trip! Very close to Termini train station, approx 5 min walk. The immediate area near the train station is not the nicest, but felt safe anyway even at night as there are several small hotels in the sector, with some resto tables on the sidewalk just past the b&B. Wander across St Lorenzo gate (tunnel) to experience non touristy area with good but cheap places to eat (5-10 min walk East of the b&b).

The room was very nice and cosy
The toilet was separate from my room and in in front of the dining room and reception desk, there was no number or any sign on the room's door and it was difficult to define my room for the first time

Very clean , air condition , tv and hot water during all day .... The breakfast was served in on of the rooms of the house . The staff was very friendly and noone annoys you!!! Near Metro Stop Vittorio Emanuelle , there are nght buses to the Stazione Termini.
In the night I can say it is not the safest place , there are a lot of immigrants and homeless people .... But there is police everywhere so I think there will be no problem at all...

The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. They directed us to unique local establishments, not tourist traps! The room was large, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We recommend this hotel with no hesitation.
The shower was a little small.

I was traveling alone to Rome, and I was worried about whether I will enjoy my time or not, the staff at St Bibiana were extremely helpful and made my visit much better with all the recommendations and assistance they offered. I felt very comfortable over there.
